Finish the use of geotextile to reinforce the background and soft rock to create the slope. AT & T continues to supply and install HDPE waterproofing membrane for waterproofing of water reservoirs.

After nearly 1 week of construction of HDPE membrane, the raw water tank has been completed. On the morning of October 28, all monitoring teams gave their final inspection and water into the lake.
