From the beginning of the year, the whole Hau Giang province has recorded 40 more landslide, causing severe damage at the points of disaster. Before this situation, Mr. Truong Canh Tuyen - Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee came to inspect the situation in Chau Thanh and Chau Thanh A districts to find solutions to overcome.

After a factual visit to Chau Thanh A and Chau Thanh districts, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province urged the survey on embankment construction at the main canals.

On 21/07/2016, Hau Giang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development held a meeting "Report on the implementation of anti-landslide embankment in Tan Phu Thanh commune - Chau Thanh A".

At the meeting, AT & T representative proposed the "Soft Rock Slope". This is a soft embankment technology applied in many countries around the world, demonstrating technical efficiency, economy and environmental friendliness.

After listening to the report, leaders of Hau Giang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development expressed their satisfaction and confidence in the effectiveness of the plan proposed by AT & T.
