The main contractor of this project, Lotte E & C, has applied some of the most advanced construction techniques in Vietnam for the first time, such as the use of high compressive strength concrete to minimize structural and calf dimensions. low temperature heating to reduce CO2 emissions, helping Lotte Center Hanoi become an environmentally friendly building. The tower core and steel beams system are also described to help the building with 7 magnitude earthquakes and wind speeds of up to 32 m / s. At the same time, double-layer glass will reduce the amount of power consumed in the building.
